Many of your rights as a mobilehome park resident are governed by the Mobilehome Residency Law (MRL). The MRL, like provisions of conventional landlord-tenant law, is enforced by the courts. Even if the tenant owns the mobilehome and only rents the lot. we do all the work for landlord evictions. You just open our email, review, and approve the eviction notice and unlawful detainer lawsuit documents. How easy is that?

The facility must strictly follow the law and if they don’t, the resident may be able to sue the facility for damages. A residential care facility is a highly regulated business and evicting a resident from a residential care facility is a complex legal procedure. Our company has experience in assisted living evictions throughout California.

The eviction process for landlords

If you want your tenant to move out of your property you’ll need to let them know in writing (give notice). If they’re doing something they aren’t supposed to, you’ll need to tell them what they’re doing wrong. If your tenant won’t fix the problem or move out, you’ll have to go through the court to get an order for them to move out.

The eviction process can take 30 – 45 days, or longer. The time starts from when you have eviction court forms delivered to your tenant to the time they must move out.
